A family stands in a modern changing room in front of a wall screen showing Locker Visual Control and sees at a glance which lockers are free

Arrive. See. Go.

Locker Visual Control shows your guests live on any screen which lockers are free, including several next to each other for the whole family. No searching through the changing room with all your things, no detour, more comfort from the very first moment.

For pools, spas, and leisure facilities with Ojmar OTS 40 / Pulse and an active cloud connection.

Your locks have known it all along. Now your guests do too.

You know the situation: guests search around, and staff can only guess. Locker Visual Control is a web-based application that visualizes locker occupancy in pools, spas, and leisure facilities in real time. The application reads the status data from cloud-capable Ojmar locking systems (OTS 40 / Pulse) and displays each locker as a colored tile with its locker number, green for available and red for occupied. The display runs in locked full-screen mode on any screens throughout the facility and can be split by area, such as pool changing room, spa, sauna, and by women's and men's changing rooms.

Each tile shows the locker number, green means available, red means occupied. That's all a guest needs to find their way.

Screen

the view runs in the browser and can be shown full-screen on any display.

No extra wiring, no interference with the locking system, no server on site.

One view per area, exactly the way your facility is laid out.

Your facility isn't a single block of lockers. The pool changing room, spa area, and sauna each get their own view, and separate women's and men's changing rooms are shown separately too. That way every guest sees exactly the lockers relevant to them.

One system, three perspectives.

A relaxed guest at the spa's pool
For your guests

Arrive, don't search.

The guest sees exactly what's free the moment they enter the changing room and heads straight there. No trying doors, no wandering around with their bag.

Friendly staff member at the spa's reception
For checkout and reception

Advise, don't guess.

A dedicated view at the checkout counter lets your staff give real answers: "Lockers 32, 33 and 34 are free, right next to each other." Service that people remember.

For facility management

See occupancy, don't guess.

You can see at any time how busy individual areas are. This helps with staff planning and admission decisions at peak times.

Runs full-screen. And stays there.

The display runs in locked full-screen mode. There are no menus, no settings, and no way to change the display from the outside, neither by guests nor accidentally by staff. All configuration takes place exclusively in the separately protected admin backend, which only authorized people can access.

No personal data, only locker number and status

GDPR notice: Only the locker number and occupancy status appear on the display. No names, ticket data, or personal information is shown. For better recognizability for color-blind guests, the status is also indicated by a lock icon in addition to the color.

Is Locker Visual Control right for your facility?

Locker Visual Control builds on your existing locking technology. A cloud-capable Ojmar installation is required.

Internet connection at the facility

A screen or player with a browser, any commercially available display is sufficient

Locking systems operated purely offline, such as OTS 20 / OTS Advance without a cloud connection, do not provide real-time data and cannot be displayed. Not sure which variant you have installed? Just ask us, we'll figure it out together.
